About Me

What's up guys?! My name is Makei. You might think it's some special polynesian pronunciation, but its not that cool. It's pronounced just like Mckay. So thats fun. Anyways, I am a junior in high school and am absolutely loving life. I love to adventure, meet new people, and make new friends (a.k.a. we should be friends).

I am a part of my school's yearbook staff (shout out to the YRBK) and absolutely love photography. I only started doing my own personal photography this fall, so I am fairly new. I love photography because it lets me use my creativity and produce something that I can share with many others. I created this blog (which took me forever lol) so that I could share photos in a more in depth and personal way. I also thoroughly enjoy all types of writing, so my posts may be a hybrid between the two.

I have 3 younger brothers, so I'm the oldest sibling. My parents are the coolest. Family is everything to me, but friends rock the world too. I enjoy exploring new places, trying new things, and going on adventures and meeting new people. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Mormon) and love my faith and the gospel of Jesus Christ more than anything. I strive each day to live the teachings of the gospel and bring happiness to the live's of others.
